GZ4240 CNC band sawing machine is an efficient fully automatic metal cutting equipment, which adopts a double column structure and worm gear transmission design, with high stability, suitable for cutting large steel blanks of400mm × 400mm and various black or non-ferrous metal materials.

Specification

High precision control: Through grating ruler positioning and PLC programmable controller, the feeding length error is achieved ≤ 0.2mm, supporting preset multiple sets of sawing parameters and high degree of automation

Energy saving and efficient: using imported bimetallic band saw blades with narrow cuts and minimal consumables, coupled with a hydraulic stepless speed regulation system, the cutting efficiency can reach three times that of ordinary sawing machines

Intelligent operation: Configure touch screen human-machine interface, support manual/automatic mode switching, and have safety functions such as saw breakage protection and ultraviolet proximity switch

Key Configurations

Strong material compatibility: capable of cutting black metals (such as carbon steel and mold steel), non-ferrous metals (such as aluminum and copper), and non-metallic materials up to 400mm x 400mm, supporting adaptation to different wire speeds and process parameters.

Hydraulic stepless speed regulation and cooling system: cutting speed and feed speed are infinitely adjustable, matched with hydraulic motor chip removal and cooling pump, suitable for high load continuous operation.

Multiple safety protections: equipped with automatic saw shutdown, UV proximity switch to control saw frame lifting and feeding reset, and hydraulic clamping system to ensure safe and reliable operation.
